Compassionate Healthcare is seeking a RN Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the implementation of quality nursing care for medically fragile pediatric and adult clients in the home.

Requirements of the LPN:


  • Current unrestricted LPN license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Two references.
  • Successful completed background check.
  • Skills evaluation and verification.
  • Evaluation and/or training by the RN supervisor or designee upon assignment and PRN.
  • Demonstrates to the RN Supervisor on a continuous basis, the ability to carry out competently the nursing services specified in the participants/clients nursing care plan.


Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of an approved school of practical/vocational nursing or comparable experience in US Military Medical systems.
  2. Current, unrestricted LPN license.
  3. At least one year of clinical experience, which includes pediatric direct care or direct care in area of work within the past 2 years.
  4. Ability to perform relevant nursing skills in area of work.
  5. Ability to meet physical requirements of position.
